Sameer Srivastava is a distinguished and multidisciplinary Business Leader, Technologist, and Strategic Innovator with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning government, consulting, and enterprise technology sectors. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Anant Raj Cloud Pvt. Ltd. (ARCPL) — where he leads large-scale data centre operations and governance initiatives driving India’s sovereign cloud vision.

An M.Tech in Information Technology and a Postgraduate in Electronics, Sameer combines strong academic credentials with a rare ability to transform complex ideas into scalable, secure, and impactful technology ecosystems. His career has been defined by his visionary approach to building resilient digital infrastructures that blend innovation, governance, and trust.

Earlier, he was associated with PwC’s Technology Consulting practice, where he led transformation projects that helped shape the future of India’s digital infrastructure. His extensive public-sector experience includes pivotal roles across several Government of India ministries, including MeitY, CBIC/Department of Revenue, and CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd.

Sameer’s landmark contribution came as Deputy Director (Technology) – Operations & Administration with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). He played a central role in establishing and managing the Aadhaar Data Centre at Manesar, overseeing its Operation & Maintenance for over seven years in a multi-stakeholder environment — a cornerstone in one of the world’s largest digital identity programs.

His expertise spans e-Governance, Cloud Computing, Information Security, Digital Identity, Citizen-Centric IT Services, Data Analytics, IT Infrastructure, Knowledge Management, Telecommunications, and Emerging Technologies such as AI, Generative AI, Blockchain, IoT, and 5G. He also holds advanced certifications across these emerging domains, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
