Sameer is a Concept-to-implementation strategist with demonstrated success in controlling projects while optimizing resources. He is a highly qualified professional and is an M.Tech in Information Technology & Post Graduate in Electronics. Sameer is also known for his story telling skills and is a Speaker par excellence. He is a distinguished Technology Advisor & has vast experience in government sector across different ministries/organisations. He possesses technical experience in various domains like e-Governance, Digital Identity, Citizen Centric - IT enabled services, IT Infrastructure, IT Systems, Information Security, Cloud Computing, Management of Information Storage & Retrieval Systems, Knowledge Management, Electronic Data Processing, Data Analytics, Telecommunication, Wireless Communication, Satellite Communication etc.

He has worked at managerial position with Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) in the role of Deputy Director (Technology) – Operations & Administration managing the Data Centre at Manesar under AADHAAR-Project. He was instrumental in the set-up of Aadhaar Data Centre of UIDAI and has managed the Operation & Maintenance of the Data Centre in a multi-stakeholder environment for 7 years.

Sameer has also worked in Government of India with CSC E-Governance Services India Ltd./MeitY and DG Systems & Data Management, CBIC/Dept. Of Revenue/MoF, GoI. He served as a Faculty at the All-India Training Academy of Govt. of India and possesses experience in Training of Officers & Staff on various technologies.

Sameer also has active interest in various Emerging Technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AR/VR, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Big Data, Data Analytics, 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain etc. and possess necessary certifications in these technologies.

Sameer is passionate about writing, blogging, meeting people and academia, composing poems and singing.
